I have written more books than I have read.

It’s true. I cannot read. Don’t get me wrong, I know how to read, I just can’t do it for very long, and never long enough to get value from a book. When I pick up a Discworld novel, which will be an afternoon or at most a weekend or a week for most people, I can take 6 months to read that, even if I read every day.
